Leading Team The Minds Behind the Madness

Vlad NesterFounder, Investment Partner

A serial entrepreneur at an early age, Vlad stepped away from his tire business in 2013 to pursue a new passion. He went from entrepreneur to affiliate manager to hone his skills as a digital marketer. That job led to his first role as CEO. In 2015, he co-founded his first marketing company, which led to the launch of his next venture – RevPie. The company reached over two million in sales in less than five months of launch. Vlad is now paying it forward by investing in other entrepreneurs with startup dreams. He launched Trend Capital Holdings prior to 2017, which currently maintains a five-company portfolio – and Zing Capital in 2017, a Venture Capital investment company that actively invests in startups in various stages of funding.

Vitaly RyzhkovFounder, Investment Partner

Vitaliy Rizhkov is a serial entrepreneur with a passion for startups. After immigrating from Azerbaijan, Vitaliy launched his first company in Toronto, Canada. The company quickly grew to seven employees, becoming profitable in just a few short months. Since then, Vitaliy has launched more than 20 successful companies. He left startup Picr in 2016 to become a trusted advisor and investor to fellow entrepreneurs and innovative business leaders.

Tatiana Logan Legal Due Diligence

Tatiana Logan came to the US in 1995 from Russia to pursue a legal career. After 16 years, first as an associate and then as a partner, Tatiana left Tonkon Torp LLP to form her own firm – Elwood Law PC in Portland, Oregon. Tatiana has represented private and public companies in all aspects of business and corporate law. Her firm represents clients from various industries including one of the first private equity funds focused on cannabis-related investments.
